Shipping Your Self-Care Stuff.

While we’d love to send our bathing beauties around the globe, we currently only ship epzen products to addresses in Australia via Australia Post. In other words, we don’t do international shipping. 😔

In much better news, we do offer free shipping for all purchases over AUD $99.😊

We'll still be shipping all of your self-care goodies over the Christmas and New Years period, however please allow for additional time if ordering over the holidays.

 

The Fine Print

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping fee is AUD $6.95. 

 

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will ping into your inbox with an Australia Post tracking code so you can check on your delivery at any time. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 3 business days of placing an order, drop us a line at hello@epzen.com.au and we’ll investigate.

 

Delivery to capital cities can take between 3 – 7 business days after your order has been dispatched, and WA and regional locations can take 5 – 10 business days. (It’ll be worth the wait – promise.) All deliveries will require a signature unless you specifically request via Australia Post that your delivery be left without one.

 

Currency

All prices are displayed and processed in the preferred currency of koalas (i.e. Australian Dollars or AUD$).

 

Our Refund Policy

Please choose your new bathing BFFs carefully because we don’t generally offer refunds for change of mind. Of course, where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the products you purchased on our website or don't do what they say they’ll do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

 

If you have a legit reason for a return, please drop us a line at hello@epzen.com.au with your order number to arrange this/discuss which toast topping is superior. (It’s peanut butter, honey and banana.)

 

Our Customer Service Policy

epzen Australia is all about providing exceptional customer service and quality products. That means doing our very best to ensure all products listed on our website are currently in stock. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available and we can’t fulfil your order, we will email you within 2 business days with many apologies and the offer to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund plus a personalised rendition of Backstreet Boys’ Hard To Say I’m Sorry*. (*This bit may or may not be true.)
